Exchange & Return Policy

All products purchased from Void can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery

  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually ordered

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to support@voidretail.com or by calling at 0300-123(VOID)8643, in case you want to raise a dispute. At Void, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and aim to be fair to both parties.

A replacement will be sent in case of a defected/faulty/damaged item. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item to support@voidretail.com within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.

Customers are required to return the merchandise via traceable delivery (i.e., courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address. A Rs. 300 charge will apply to replacement parcels where the customer wishes to change the item or size.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned products.
Rs. 300 will be deducted for delivery charges in case of a refund.
Items on sale are non-refundable.

Please Note:
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns or exchanges. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame

  • The product is damaged due to use

  • The product has been tampered with

  • The customer returns the product but fails to specify what they want in exchange via written email or WhatsApp chat as proof of communication
